Due to the nature of our dietary supplements and food products, we can only accept returns on unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Your health and safety are our top priority, so we cannot accept returns on any products that have been unsealed.

Ensure your product is unopened, the safety seal is intact, and it is within 30 days of the delivery date.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original box and include the RMA form before shipping to our distribution center.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
